A Pictorial History
1993-94 Under-21 Competition
At the start of the 1993-94 season there was an attempt to start a competition in order to enable those players now overage for the Youth League to get competitive football, before reaching the Reserve level. As such 'The Under-21 League was formed but this was a bit of a flop lasting just the single season and with full details neither being previewed or reported upon.

In our third match we entertained Sheffield United at our Chadwell Heath Training Ground on Monday 6th December.
Colin Foster returned to our colours following a spell of injury whilst Mike Marsh had a run - out after missing our previous two senior games and before his inclusion in our line - up for the visit of Leeds United two days later. After 15 minutes play we took the lead when Danny Shipp netted following a Marsh pass. With five minutes to go Shipp was on hand once again to score when he finished off Anthony Browne's cross into the penalty area.
