The Juniors maintained their unbeaten record in an away match v Bristol Rovers. The lengthy journey to Avon proved well worth-while, and the 3-1 victory was justly merited.

The Juniors lost their unbeaten record in a most unusual way at Wimbledon. Two goals up at half-time, the Hammers appeared set for victory; but we conceded a couple of "own goals" after the interval, and one netted by a Dons' player made it 3-2 for them.

We had a heavier set-back last Saturday at Peterborough. The United were three up at half-time, and added a further couple to fully merit their eventual 5-0 margin.
Watford have now withdrawn from Div. II, so our 3-2 home win against them on Sept. 3 has now been erased from the League records.

The Juniors avenged a recent defeat by Wimbledon, winning by 3-0 in the return game at Chadwell Heath. One up at half-time, the Hammers were always on top after the interval.
The Juniors clocked up another couple of points on Oct. 29. Their match against Oxford United was played in the pleasant surroundings of Keble College, although the pitch was a trifle bumpy. It was one each at half-time, but we netted twice in the second half.
