2 - 1 (Hammond, Winterhalder A.)
9 September 1905

There was not a large gathering at the Boleyn Castle ground to witness the London League match between the Hammers Reserves' and Clapton Orient's second string. The homesters gave a very creditable display, and eventually ran out winners by 2-1. A. Winterhalder and S. Hammond were the goal scorers for the Upton Park men, and for the visitors Orton notched a point.
