SANCHEZ Sergio

Born: 20 September 1992, Spain
Position: Centre back
The young Spanish defender has been part of Tony Carr's youth set-up since arriving from Barcelona in 2018. A centre-back, he can also play at right-back or in a holding midfield role.
After establishing himself as an Under-18 regular, Sanchez has stepped up to Alex Dyer's reserves side.
Sergio Sanchez signed professional contract with West Ham United on 5 October 2010.
Upon signing his first contract, the promising Sanchez said: "I am absolutely happy to sign my first contract. What I am aiming for is trying to push up to the reserve team, get some games in there and hopefully do well. "Obviously if I can be a success here, I will be delighted."
However, things didn't work out for the youngster and he was allowed to leave at the end of the 2011-12 campaign.

SCULLY Anthony

Position: Midfielder
Anthony Scully joined West Ham United as a youth player in 2011. On 23 May 2016, West Ham announced Scully had signed his first professional contract with the club. During Scully's time at West Ham, he appeared as a triallist for Norwich City and Nottingham Forest.
Billed as one of the most exciting players at the Academy, Scully played predominantly for the U16s however he played a handful of games for the U18s towards the end of the 2014/15 season. The creative midfielder scored a rocket half-volley against Juventus in a friendly tournament held at Rush Green. Scully was named Republic of Ireland’s U15 Player of the Year.
Scully was one of a number of highly rated Academy prospects after signing a scholarship with the Club. The Midfielder made four appearances for the U18s squad during 2015/16. Made first Development Squad appearance of the season on 14 December against Arsenal at the Boleyn Ground. Came on as a substitute in the U21s' 4-1 victory away at Newcastle United and signed a new deal with the Hammers at the end of the campaign.
On 3 February 2020, after 37 appearances for West Ham's under-23's, Scully signed for League One club Lincoln City. On 15 February 2020, on his first start for Lincoln, Scully scored his maiden goal for the club in a 4–3 loss against Accrington Stanley. He would sign a new contract on 25 February 2021, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2023. His form during September 2021, would see him nominated for the EFL Player of the Month for League One.
On 1 September 2022, Scully signed for Wigan Athletic for an undisclosed fee and joined EFL League One side Portsmouth on 16 June 2023 and a year later joined Colchester United on loan from the Fratton Park club.

SHEAF Ben

Sheaf started his youth career with West Ham United at the age of 13. Played just the one Under-17 match for the Hammers in a behind-closed-doors friendly with Tottenham Hotspur on 16 September 2013.
Joined the Arsenal youth setup on 2 July 2014. He earned the praise of senior team manager Arsène Wenger who said that Sheaf was "always ahead of the game". He scored his first goal for the Arsenal U19 in a 3–2 victory over Greek club Olympiacos on 29 September 2015, where he found the net in the 41st minute from the penalty spot.
In October 2015, Sheaf was invited to train with the first team, and days later he was an unused substitute in the club's 3–0 defeat against Sheffield Wednesday. He made his first-team debut for Arsenal on 19 October 2017, coming on as an 89th-minute substitute in a 1–0 victory over Red Star Belgrade in the UEFA Europa League.
Sheaf joined League Two side Stevenage on loan on 26 January 2018, joining the Hertfordshire club on a deal until the end of the 2017/18 season. He made his debut in a 2–0 loss against Notts County in League Two on 24 February. He made 10 appearances for the side by the end of the loan spell.
Sheaf joined League One side Doncaster Rovers on loan on 12 July 2019, joining the League One side for six months. He made his debut and was named in the starting line-up in a 1–1 draw against Gillingham on 3 August. His loan deal was extended until the end of the 2019/20 season on 7 January 2020. Sheaf played 38 games in all competitions for the side.
On 4 September 2020, Sheaf joined newly-promoted Championship side Coventry City on a season-long loan deal with the option to make the deal permanent after. He made his first appearance for the club in a 2–1 defeat against Bristol City on 12 September.
Sheaf signed for Coventry City on a 3 year deal in July 2021.
SHERIFF Decarrey

Position: Midfielder
First-year scholar who predominantly operates as a left winger. Joined the Hammers as a 14-year-old, having also had trials at Arsenal before deciding to join West Ham United. Featured once in the Barclays Under-18 Premier League as an U16 schoolboy in 2013/14, appearing as a substitute at Wolverhampton Wanderers on 31 August 2013. Made 15 appearances for the Under-18s the following season before being released.
Later played for Colchester United 30 May 2018, Malden & Tiptree (loan), Dulwich Hamlet (loan), Needham Market (loan). Joined Concord Rangers (2019/20) 27 games, 9 goals, Kettering Town (2020 to 2022) 85 appearances, 18 goals, Peterborough Sports (loan) 6 games, 1 goal and joined Eastbourne United for the 2023/24 season.
